SELF AWARENESS -- Know your assets.  Recent human capital research confirms that self-awareness is one of the top two common traits of C-level executives, globally.

Self-awareness, anchored in your core values, is the first and most valuable step you'll take in the TRANSFORM coaching process.  This forms the foundation for your goals, choices, and the necessary action plans you'll design with your coach.  We use a variety of assessments and tools to evaluate your strengths, career preferences, life priorities and barriers that stop you from living large or achieving your objectives.

VISION -- where you aspire to be -- is part of self awareness.  Vision coaching engages you to think less about short term fixes and more on the long term, bigger picture.  Effective plans are anchored in vision -- what do you really want out of your work, your career?  What bigger impact are you open to? 

Next we balance your pursuits with reality and research, based on FIT, not just what you hope is your ideal next step.  Your guided work in market RESEARCH and NETWORK analysis are part of this stage. 

The final frontier of career path coaching encircles how you communicate your pursuit and the value of your brand (ie. what you bring to the table).  BRANDING is about how you navigate those career conversations, what you say about your strengths, fit, and interests in a relevant way when you are connecting with your professional network or future employer.  We cover best practices in networking, your career conversation readiness and your brand message, including online profiles, resume, cover letter and interview performance.
