"My leadership coaching clients inevitably seek some form of these crucial four areas of development: Preparation, the need for diversity of Perspective, Prioritization and the power of Pause. From there they build influence, strategic competency, brand confidence and culture impact".
Lisa is a champion of change, enabling her own career switch in 2007 with a fulfilling move to a new role in an entirely different industry. During her own "where should I go next" dilemma, she hired a coach and resolved to find work that fit her strengths, leveraged her experience and supported her changing priorities. This search lead her to focus on contentment, the bigger picture, and the call to coaching leaders. "It's my clients that make me love this. They let me partner with them to carve their path and be more for those they lead. I really thrive on seeing their immediate growth, as they discover, plan, and progress in their confidence and influence during this process."
Lisa lives near Toronto with her husband and two young adult daughters. She runs a women's mentorship program in her community and is a strong advocate of organizations that support traffic victims, families, and vulnerable youth.
“Good coaching brings leadership development — it teaches you life-long skills in reflection and effectiveness as a discipline – it is a coach’s job to teach you ‘how to fish’ , go deeper, and work smarter.”
